• Account Data: Email address, display name, and authentication identifiers (processed via Firebase Authentication).
• Pet Profile Data: Pet name, species, breed, age, weight, vaccination status, allergies, and health history.
• User Queries & Scans: Text input submitted during AI symptom triage consultations and label image photos submitted during ingredient scans.
• Location Data: Approximate device location used strictly for finding nearby 24/7 emergency veterinary clinics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process data to render AI-driven triage advice, ingredient toxicity analysis, pet profile management, and emergency vet routing. User health queries route securely through Cloudflare AI Gateway and Google Vertex AI.

4. AI & Data Privacy Protections

• Zero AI Model Training: Your pet health queries, label scans, and triage logs are NEVER used to train public LLM foundation models.
• Zero Third-Party Data Sales: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data to third-party advertisers or brokers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have the right to request full deletion of your account and pet health records at any time directly in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing info@alfagentic.com.
